This 84-item questionnaire assesses a manager's current level of performance on 17 competencies (from accountability to vision) which have been found to be critical to excellent performance at higher levels of management and leadership.
The questionnaire is completed by the manager and his or her peers and direct reports. The manager's self-ratings are compared, in graphic and numeric forms, to the combined ratings of all others to create a picture of how the manager sees himself / herself compared to how others see him or her. The process is confidential.
The instrument was created by The Centre in 1985. It has been recently updated and tested for validity and reliability.
