Coaching allows for individuals to learn about specific behaviors that impact their interactions with others and influence their overall performance. Our Competency Instrument
The Centre specializes in a manager’s level Competency Instrument designed to assess the individual’s level of performance. It is a highly confidential process. This instrument was originally created by The Centre in 1985, pilot tested for validity, and statistically tested for reliability. The instrument went through an extensive revision in 2014 and is completed online.
