Who should attend? And, why?
Employees in high level management or leadership roles who want to take their skills and impact to the next level and influence outcome-based community results. Ideally graduates of the Management Academy or equivalent leadership development program.
How is this program different from the Supervisor or Management Academies?
The Supervisor Academy is intended for first-line supervisors looking to gain skills. The Management Academy takes this learning to the next level and encourages systems thinking and theoretical application. The Leadership Academy builds on this learning to have real impact in the community!
